aAbout the 2 day Porsche event held over Monday and Wednesday August 2019 at The Royal Docks East London Garage:

Evening was for the Porsche members, welcoming drinks, canapés and client liaising with a professional DJ playing in the background at a comfortable volume.

Speakers on tripod first, staging after covering one speaker feed cable. Professional DJ feed and 2 professional UHF microphones into 6 channel mixer mixer out to speakers one and two, third speaker feed line out from speaker number two. Many reels of gaffer tape were used to fix and cover loose cables to the floor (health and safety). Last of all tape all loose cables to the tripods keeping the PA hired presentable.

The two microphones needed for the interviewer and the interviewee, crowd also answered a panel of questions using one other wireless microphones that were passed around. All sound was continuously adjusted balanced for each speaker at the moment they spoke to maintain consistent volume.

Added 4x 120 watt wireless uplighters to add pink colour to the bar area.

Background music relaxed chill out Hed Kandi to soul funk genres played at the beginning and end of the event. 

We are regular suppliers for Porsche events since earlier in 2019. We understand the nature and sound limitations and acoustics of car showrooms upon many other types of venue. This type of PA speech, panel guest questions upon background music requires correct configurations of bass and treble for non echoing sounds and correct dispersion of sound around these types of large venue spaces.
