RS Hispaniola Boat Party For STV
STV Corporate Event
Initial enquiry came through the website. DJ suggested and conducted a site recce with the client STV to see what was needed for the boat party and check connections as outdoor. No access for onsite parking therefore exact locations and timings needed to be considered for the loading and unloading from taxi on Embankment.
The STV was a summer PR networking event f0r their regular and new clients
As the event was an open aired event, one 1000watt QSC active speaker was required as to not result in neighbourhood noise which was adequate for a party of 60 people.
DJ arrived on day taxi at 4.30 set up by 5.15, guests arrived at 6pm. Background relaxed set whilst canapes served and then speeches. Following speeches there was a haggis eating contest and then the music flowed till 11pm (to which that was the licence the docked boat held).
