About the event and our side:

Two day business events meetings for multiple companies, on the second day a particular company hired Principal Global Events to provide them with an entertaining dinner and dance after to wind down from extensive networking. 

The main organiser for this event was Principal Global Events – an award-winning DMC. We were hired as an external contractor to provide a DJ with a PA and a small lighting system for 50 guests. 

The De Vere Hotel Chapel room already had installed uplighting along with the mid-height ceiling colour install. The DJ matched the dancefloor area with the colour scheme to the room

The DJ Set set up two hours before the event started. He arrived three hours earlier for loading and all check-ins at the hotel were made in advance for no possible delays, also to relocate a vehicle to the designated parking area.

Speakers positioned in the method to be focused on the guests, appropriate distance to avoid any feedback, all cables taped to the floor in a smart manner and cables tied to speakers so no hanging loose wires.

Clients had a sit-down dinner -table arrangements and styling all preplanned and organised by PGE.

Dinner music soul mid-tempo relaxing mix not loud for guests to have a conversation without music overpowering. When the guests were ready to party the music genres swiftly changed from a relaxed background set to a full party playlist of 80s 90s and current commercial styled genres (see tracklist below).

The venue and photo booth and the clients overnight stay at the De Vere hotel was arranged by Principal Global Events.
