CHARITY EVENT PLAISTERERS HALL - HOSTED BY MIRACLES CHARITY
PA & DJ System: 2x Turntables & Mixer I 2x QSC 15inch Speakers I 2x Sennheiser wireless microphone to controller mixer I 2x Bright 360watt moving head wash lights aimed for larger spaces.
About and our side audio (Visual provided by Bumblebee Charity):
The event was for a Miracles charity who sourced venue and other elements banners, artists painting work and prize girts. We supplied the PA hire and DJ set.
Staging provided by venue laid first grey colour requested (other colours available) and Plaisterers hall has permanent fixture uplighting inbuilt (no uplighting elements required from our side).
High-end microphone balanced for PA for the charity auction. Video screens sound feed run into our system from laptop 3.5 jack to mixer jack ports via a 30m cable. All sound was continuously adjusted and balanced for each speaker for speeches to maintain a consistent volume. Bumblebee also connected their audio jack from their laptop into our channel mixer when they split-screen the video for the show video.
Speakers positioned in the method to be focused on the guests, appropriate distance to avoid any feedback, all cables taped to the floor in a smart manner and cables tied to speakers – no hanging loose wires.
