Event Details:
This was a two-day business event for several companies. On the second day, one company hired Principal Global Events to host a fun dinner and dance after a day of networking.
The main organizer was Principal Global Events – an award-winning event planner. They hired us to provide a DJ, a PA system, and lighting for 50 guests.
The De Vere Hotel Chapel room had uplighting and a mid-height ceiling setup. The DJ coordinated the dance floor colors with the room’s theme.
The DJ set up two hours before the event, arriving three hours early for loading and check-ins to avoid delays and move the vehicle to the parking area.
Speakers were arranged to face the guests with enough distance to prevent feedback. Cables were neatly taped down and tied to speakers to avoid any loose wires.
Guests enjoyed a sit-down dinner with table arrangements planned by PGE.
Dinner music was a mellow mix, allowing guests to converse without being overwhelmed by sound. When it was time to party, the DJ switched to an energetic playlist featuring hits from the 80s, 90s, and today’s popular tracks (see tracklist below).
The venue, photo booth, and the clients’ overnight stay at De Vere hotel were arranged by Principal Global Events.
