How does Karaoke DJ hire work?
A Karaoke Song catalogue is provided – The program software list can be sent in advance for clients who wish to request songs ahead of time.
DJ brings:
- Additional mixer and sound mixer to plug into the venue’s system
- Two wireless microphones plus a host microphone
- Laptop with Karaoke software
- Multiple binders/folders of song catalogue printed on paper along with many pens
- Printed sheets/template of Word documents can be emailed to venues to place their logo & branding on the sheets for guests to write their songs
The DJ arrives with printed sheets that customers can browse through, organised in multiple binders.
Guests enter their song names on the paper clipboard list, and individuals are called in the order of the list consecutively.
Karaoke involves continuous interaction from the host, coordinating guest singers in time, and possibly interval DJ sets (depending on whether the client books an additional DJ set).
Host management in real-time of volume controls on Karaoke host is essential due to varying volumes among guest singers that need to be adjusted live during the active songs.
Group karaoke is a party service that is becoming increasingly popular each year among corporate clients.

Professional karaoke hosting for pubs, bars, weddings, corporate events and private parties. Every booking includes a dedicated host to keep the energy up, manage the queue, and read the room — plus access to a huge, regularly updated song library spanning every decade and genre.
Every package includes: a professional karaoke host, full song library, song-request handling, setup and pack-down, and public liability insurance.
Venue Karaoke Host — PA already on site
For pubs, bars and hospitality venues with screens, speakers and DJ decks already installed. You provide the kit — we bring the host, the song library and the energy.

Karaoke Host for AV / Production Companies
For AV companies, production teams and corporate event organisers supplying their own staging, screens and main PA. We bring 2x microphones, a karaoke mixer and a DJ console, plus a karaoke host who can roll straight into a DJ set to close the night.

Booking & Logistics
Travel
Travel charges may apply. Send us the venue postcode for an exact figure.
Deposit
A deposit is required, rates vary between 10-50% depending on the scale and time of booking. Both refundable and non-refundable on the invoice.
Overtime
Party still going? Additional hours are charged at £125/hour, subject agreement.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. Our cancellation terms are based on how close to the event date the cancellation is made:
- More than 28 days before the event — Deposit fully refundable.
- 14–28 days before the event — 50% of the total booking fee is charged; the remainder is refunded.
- 7–14 days before the event — Deposit is non-refundable.
- Within 7 days of the event — The full booking amount is charged.
Please note: the booking fee is retained in all cases, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

How big is your song library?
Tens of thousands of tracks, from classic crowd-pleasers to the latest chart hits. We update it regularly and take requests in advance — just send us a wishlist.
Can guests request songs on the night?
Absolutely. Our host manages the queue fairly so everyone gets their turn
Do you provide the screens and speakers?
Only for Package 3 (Full Host, DJ & PA). Packages 1 and 2 assume the venue or AV team is supplying the PA and screens.
How much space do you need?
For Package 3 we recommend a setup area of roughly 3m x 2m, near a standard mains socket. Smaller spaces can usually be accommodated — just let us know.
How early do you arrive to set up?
For Package 3 we typically arrive 60–90 minutes before the start time. For Packages 1 and 2 we arrive 30–45 minutes before to soundcheck.
Can you DJ as well as host karaoke?
Yes — all packages can include a DJ set, and Package 2 is specifically built around karaoke + DJ to close the night.
Do you have public liability insurance and PAT-tested equipment?
Yes to both. Documentation is available on request for venues that need it.
What areas do you cover?
Primarily London and the South East, but we travel nationwide for larger bookings. Get in touch with your location for a quote.
