About our audio (Visual provided by Bumblebee Charity):

The event was for a Miracles charity, which organized the venue, banners, artwork, and prizes. We provided the PA and DJ services.

The venue provided the staging in grey (other colors are available), and the Plaisterers Hall has built-in uplighting, so we didn’t need to supply any.

A high-quality microphone was used for the charity auction. Video sound was sent from the laptop to our system using a 30m cable. We continually adjusted the sound for each speaker to keep the volume steady. Bumblebee also connected their audio from their laptop to our mixer for the split-screen video.

Speakers were positioned to focus on the guests, at a safe distance to prevent feedback, with all cables neatly taped to the floor and tied to the speakers—no loose wires.
