About the 60th Birthday House Party:

Music: Disco, Soul, R&B from the 70s, 80s, and 90s & floor filler singalongs

This is a relaxed affair for friends and family, with the party extending from the kitchen area to the garden. We set up in the kitchen due to heavy rain that evening. It was a Brazilian-themed party, but the early set featured disco, soul, and funk from the 80s, including tracks from Patrice Rushen, Jocelyn Brown, Marvin Gaye, Blondie, Luther Vandross, and Prince. There was also a lot of disco house music, such as Mousse T, Moloko, and Hed Kandi anthems from the 2000s early set, as the client was also a fan of house music along with disco and classics. There were around 4 Bhangra  tracks peppered in along with a few new Drake and Central Cee songs for the y0unger guests.

As with most house parties, there was plenty of food and drinks during the first two hours, followed by a speech, and then the party really ramped up from nine to ten until closing. As you can see in the video below, it was a very fun, friendly, and energetic crowd with everyone participating. Many requests were made at this event, and we anticipate receiving many more enquiries from guests who enjoyed the music.
