Dry Hire Rental – Equipment To Be Collected by Renter. Party Night London will not be delivering or setting up equipment. Invoices and bookings are made to directly renters and cannot be made to 3rd party clients. 3rd party clients will have contact us and to accept the booking in their name and make the collection and drop off as well.

I acknowledge and accept that during the time of my play should any damage to the equipment: microphones, mixers, speakers lighting, laptops, fixture and fittings, or any items in the hire should occur - I agree to reimburse the repair costs (or parts). Alternatively should any items be deemed irreparable I will pay for the item to be replace with a new exact or matching model model. Under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, a £40.00 fee will be added upon non-payment of debts after 30 days of the original invoice due date. If payment of the revised invoice is not received within a further 14 days, additional interest will be charged to the overdue account at a statutory rate of 8% plus Bank of England base of 0.1%, totalling 8.1%. Parties cannot contract out of the Act’s provisions. Any further reminders after will incur a £20 admin fee for each invoice raised. Equipment Hire: 1x Yamaha MG12XU, 2x Q Audio UHT Wireless Microphones, 2x Shure SM58 Microphones, 5x XLR (Varying sizes) 2x IEC Cable, 1x 4gang reel, 1x Gaffer Tape 1x Electrical Tape 1x XLR to phono adapter, 1x Jack Adapter 1x Contents Bag. Inventory photos will be taken morning of hire out and compared to return date to check for damages. Total Cost Of Hire Out £80 on Company invoice (to be paid before the rental). If items are return missing, an additional invoice will be emailed. If all items are not returned I the renter will reimburse the cost of the market value of the items. If any items are stolen or lost and not replaced / returned - I accept that I can be liable for prosecution.

By clicking accept, bookings are not complete. Party Night London must send and receive payment from invoice – along with “agreed collection and drop-off dates” in order for booking to be complete. Party Night London Ltd has the right to cancel the booking if payment and collection times are not agreed in advance.
