I acknowledge and accept that during the time of my play should any damage to the equipment: speakers, mixers, lighting, laptop, fixture and fittings, visual items occur - I agree to reimburse the repair costs (or parts). Alternatively should any items be deemed irreparable I will pay for the item to be replace with a new exact or matching model model. Under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, a £40.00 fee will be added upon non-payment of debts after 30 days of the original invoice due date. If payment of the revised invoice is not received within a further 14 days, additional interest will be charged to the overdue account at a statutory rate of 8% plus Bank of England base of 0.1%, totalling 8.1%. Parties cannot contract out of the Act’s provisions. Any further reminders after will incur a £20 admin fee for each invoice raised. Receipt will be emailed to you after rental. If items are missing, an additional invoice will be emailed. If all items are not returned I the renter will reimburse the cost of the market value of the items. If any items are stolen or lost and not replaced / returned - I will be liable for prosecution
