I acknowledge and accept that during the time of my use, should any damage to the equipment: speakers, mixers, lighting, laptop, fixtures and fittings, or visual items occur - I agree to reimburse the repair costs (or parts). Alternatively, should any items be deemed irreparable, I will pay for the item to be replaced with an exact or matching model. Under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, a £40.00 fee will be added upon non-payment of debts after 30 days of the original invoice due date. If payment of the revised invoice is not received within a further 14 days, additional interest will be charged to the overdue account at a statutory rate of 4% plus the Bank of England base rate of 4%, totalling 8%. Parties cannot contract out of the Act’s provisions. Any further reminders will incur a £20 admin fee for each invoice raised. Equipment Hire includes: 1x Equinox DJ Booth, 2x FBT 1000 watt speakers, 2x Speaker cases, 2x Stands in Bag, 3x XLR cables (2x15m, 1x3m), 4x IEC Cables (1.5-5m), 2x 4-gang reels 5m, 1x Gaffer Tape, 1x Electrical Tape, 1x XLR to phono adapter, 1x Jack Adapter, and 1x Contents Bag. Inventory photos will be taken on the morning of hire and compared to the return date to check for damages. Total Cost of Hire is £100 on the invoice (to be paid before the rental). A receipt will be emailed to you after the rental. If items are missing, an additional invoice will be emailed. If all items are not returned, the renter will reimburse the cost of the market value of the items. If any items are stolen or lost and not replaced or returned, I will be liable for prosecution.
