I acknowledge and accept that during the time of my play should any damage to the equipment: speakers, mixers, lighting, laptop, fixture and fittings, visual items occur - I agree to reimburse the repair costs (or parts). Alternatively should any items be deemed irreparable I will pay for the item to be replace with a new exact or matching model model. Under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, a £40.00 fee will be added upon non-payment of debts after 30 days of the original invoice due date. If payment of the revised invoice is not received within a further 14 days, additional interest will be charged to the overdue account at a statutory rate of 8% plus Bank of England base of 0.1%, totalling 8.1%. Parties cannot contract out of the Act’s provisions. Any further reminders after will incur a £20 admin fee for each invoice raised. Inventory photos will be taken morning of hire out and compared to return date to check for damages. Total Cost Of Hire Out £100 on invoice (to be paid before the rental). Receipt will be emailed to you after rental. If items are missing, an additional invoice will be emailed. If all items are not returned I the renter will reimburse the cost of the market value of the items. If any items are stolen or lost and not replaced / returned - I will be liable for prosecution
