When Principal Global Events booked Party Night London for corporate DJ hire at Los Mochis, Liverpool Street, the brief was elegant rather than loud: provide the soundtrack for 800 guests mingling and networking on one of the most spectacular rooftops in the City of London. Nine floors above Broadgate Circle, with the EC2 skyline as a backdrop, we delivered a background set spanning today’s house through 80s, 90s and 00s classics — present and polished, never overpowering the conversation. The event was produced by Principal Global Events as a corporate networking reception — a mingling event, not a club night, with no dancefloor. Party Night London’s single role was the DJ set: the soundtrack that set the tone for an 800-strong corporate crowd, holding the atmosphere from welcome drinks through to the close. We handled the music curation and a read-the-room background set, working with the venue’s AV on the open rooftop.
Los Mochis London City sits on the 9th floor of 100 Liverpool Street (EC2M 2AT), with a ~3,000 sq ft rooftop terrace and panoramic City views.
