The evening was for Ascot showroom store moving event exhibiting the Senna edition Mclaren.
Members, featuring welcoming drinks, canapés, and a professional DJ playing groovy house disco & 80s background music.
We set up 3x speakers on tripods, with professional microphones connected to a 6-channel mixer, ensuring good sound coverage.
The setup included strategically placing speakers to optimize sound distribution throughout the showroom.
We used gaffer tape to secure and hide loose cables for safety.
As guests mingled and enjoyed the atmosphere, the music created an engaging backdrop for networking.
We used two microphones for presentations.
One was designated for the host, while the other was reserved for guest speakers during the presentations.
Sound levels were adjusted consistently to maintain a balanced volume for each speaker.
We added 8x 120 watt wireless uplighters for the wall where bar and DJ area was located.
This lighting complemented the sleek aesthetic of the Mclaren and created a vibrant ambiance for the evening.
