Venue info in a zipped file (if larger than 25mb send via we transfer to info@partynightlondon.co.uk)
• Word or text document with all venue details opening and closing times and address.
• Prices of area(s)/ whole venue hire (inc. Christmas months – we understand these vary)
• Special package deals
• Corporate and Private event hire prices/ minimum spend
• Music policy if in house DJ / Daytime/ Evening overall playlist genres
• Dry / Wet venue details: PA / Lighting DJ Set-Up / No DJ PA / Lighting – Space for Staging (or none)
Parking or nearest tube station directions
•Telephone / Email / Head of Events Name (contact name will not be displayed to the public)
We will then email you back a page listing (for your approval or revisions) how we can advertise with you (which you are under no obligation to take)
We only focus on private hire and group bookings of larger than 50people corporate or birthdays.
We do not source for individuals looking to hold nightclub/brunch ticketed promoted events (corporate events & registered charity events are accepted).
The directory page listings will be active on 3rd January 2022 and will be free until 1st March 2022 (Billed at £5.99/ month rolling thereafter with no cancellation fee – one month notice period required).
