The lawyers were undertaking a Charity bike ride which required upbeat well known 80s’s 90s energy music and partial countdown hosting from event hosts and few count downs from DJ during the event.
2x Speakers, one laid within the room the other outside the room non event participants but new gym audience.
Speaker one positioning; in the main event room and speaker two in an external room for new guests viewing the new gym launch. The speaker in the main event room to be focused on the cyclists and volumes to be monitored to just be loud enough simultaneously at a level to be sociable as well. All cables tied to poles gaffer taped to the floor in a smart manner – most importantly no hanging or loose cables.
Wireless microphones required for the initial team briefing, speeches and rules. But most importantly, continuous motivation peps from the event hosts to keep the teams and participants spirits high in times where energy surge boots were needed during the marathon cycle rides.
Music style: uplifting commercial and 90s house to keep the energy, top 40s and 80s midway and a little bit of cheese – CEO requested a fair bit of Neil Diamond which did indeed lift the atmosphere even higher at the end
